机器视觉检测技术在无人机应用上的技术难点剖析

机器视觉检测目前来说对大部分人还是个新鲜名词,目前机器视觉已经大火了。机器视觉检测是指利用相机、摄像机等传感器,配合机器视觉算法赋予智能设备人眼的功能,从而进行物体的识别、检测、测量等功能。机器视觉可以分为工业视觉、计算机视觉两类。当下各热点领域诸如智能制造,人机交互,虚拟现实,自动驾驶,无人机等均离不开机器视觉检测技术。

机器视觉检测


整个自动质检的过程大概分为三个主要的环节,图像获取、图像处理、缺陷特征提取。但镜片类的高透材质相较于一般机器视觉的处理对象有一定的特殊性,由于镜片是透明的反光的,如何获取反映镜片质量特征的图像是识别成功的关键,即图像获取是图像检测的第一步也是至关重要的一步。
The whole process of automatic quality inspection can be divided into three main parts, image acquisition, image processing and defect feature extraction. 视觉检测系统设计者来说,工业相机的选择主要考虑其传感器类型、分辨率和帧率,其中传感器分CCD与CMOS两种,CMOS图像传感器集成度高,各元件、电路之间距离很近,干扰比较严重,成像噪声高,CCD传感器相机相对于CMOS相机具有灵敏度高、噪声低和响应速度快的特点,在稳定性方面,CCD相机的抗冲击与震动性也较强,一般来说,CCD传感器相机在成像质量上和稳定性方面要优于CCD相机。

The machine has the characteristics of high sensitivity, low noise and fast response. In stability, the impact and vibration of the CCD camera are also strong. Generally, the CCD sensor camera is superior to the CCD camera in the quality of imaging and stability.
