图像处理单元由图像处理软件完成,图像处理软件包含大量图像处理算法。在取得图像后,用这些算法对数字图像进行处理,分析计算,并输出结果。机器视觉检测厂家之间的竞争,说到底就是算法准确性的竞争,因此每个企业都会投入很多的资源对核心软件进行开发。只有优秀的机器视觉图像处理软件才能进行快速而又准确的检查,且减少对硬件系统的依赖性。软件是机器视觉的大脑,只有在软件将采集到的图像数据化以后,机器才能进行识别和检测等功能。

机器视觉检测设备


光源:光源是机器视觉系统中重要的组件之一,一个合适的光源是机器视觉系统正常运行的必备条件。使用光源的目的是将被测物体与背景尽量明显分别,获得高品质、高对比度的图像。

The purpose of using light source is to make the object and background as distinct as possible to get high-quality and high contrast images.

镜头:镜头的作用是光学成像。尽管照相机、分析软件和照明对于机器视觉检测系统都是十分重要的,可最关键的元件还是工业相机镜头。系统若想完全发挥其功能,镜头必须要能够满足要求才行。决定镜头性能的参数主要有焦距,工作距离、视尝景深、分辨率等。景深,是指镜头能够获得最佳图像时,被摄物体离此最佳焦点前后的距范围。视场,表示摄像头所能观测到的最大范围,通常以角度表示,一般说来视场越大,观测范围越大。工作距离,是指镜头到被摄物体的距离,工作距离越长,成本越高。
Lens: the role of the lens is optical imaging. Although camera, analysis software and lighting are very important for machine vision system, the most important component is industrial camera lens. If the system wants to fully play its functions, the lens must be able to meet the requirements. The parameters that determine the performance of lens include focal length, working distance, visual depth, and resolution. Depth of field refers to the distance between the object before and after the best focus of the lens when the lens is able to get the best image. The field of view, which represents the maximum range that the camera can observe, is usually expressed in terms of angles. Generally speaking, the larger the field of view, the greater the scope of observation. Working distance refers to the distance from the camera to the object, the longer the working distance, the higher the cost.

相机:机器视觉相机(“眼球”)的目的是将通过镜头投影到传感器的图像传送到能够储存、分析和(或者)显示的机器设备上。按照芯片类型可以分为CCD相机、CMOS相机。CCD和CMOS是现在普遍采用的两种图像工艺技术,它们之间的主要差异在于传送方式的不同。
