机器视觉检测的应用过程及其优点浅析

机器视觉技术用计算机来分析一个图像,并根据分析得出结论。现今机器视觉有两种应用。机器视觉检测系统可以探测部件,在此光学器件允许处理器更精确的观察目标并对哪些部件可以通过哪些需要废弃做出有效的决定;机器视觉也可以用来创造一个部件,即运用复杂光学器件和软件相结合直接指导制造过程。

Machine vision technology uses a computer to analyze an image and draws a conclusion based on the analysis. Now machine vision has two applications. The machine vision detection system can detect parts, where the optical device allows the processor to more accurately observe the target and which parts can be discarded to make effective decisions; machine vision can also be used to create a component, using a combination of complex optical devices and soft components to direct the manufacturing process directly.


机器视觉检测


尽管机器视觉检测应用各异,但都包括以下四个过程:
Although machine vision applications are different, they include the following four processes:

图像采集:光学系统采集图像,图像转换成模拟格式并传入计算机存储器。
Image acquisition: the optical system collects images, converts them into simulated formats and passes them into computer memory.

图像处理:处理器运用不同的算法来提高对结论有重要影响的图像要素。
Image processing: processors use different algorithms to improve image elements that have important impact on the conclusion.

特性提取:处理器识别并量化图像的关键特性,例如印刷电路板上洞的位置或者连接器上引脚的个数。然后这些数据传送到控制程序。
Feature extraction: the processor recognizes and quantifies the key characteristics of the image, such as the location of the hole on the printed circuit board or the number of pins on the connector. Then these data are sent to the control program.

判决和控制:处理器的控制程序根据收到的数据做出结论。例如:这些数据包括印刷电路板上的洞是否在要求规格以内或者一个自动机器如何必须移动去拾取某一部件。
Judgment and control: the processor's control program draws conclusions based on the data received. For example, these data include whether the hole on the printed circuit board is within the required specifications or how an automatic machine must move to pick up a part.

机器视觉系统的应用优点:机器视觉系统是实现仪器设备精密控制、智能化、自动化有有效途径,堪称现代工业生产的“机器眼睛”。其最大优点为:

1.实现非接触测量。对观测与被观测者都不会产生任何损伤,从而提高了系统的可靠性;
